Lisa Joyce is a paralegal in the firm’s Intellectual Property section with more than 20 years of experience in the intellectual property law field.
She assists clients and attorneys with intellectual property prosecution and litigation matters and regularly conducts trademark searches and infringement investigations. She has extensive experience with all aspects of U.S. and international trademark and patent filings and prosecution, including electronic filings with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). She also has experience with copyright searches and filings with the U.S. Copyright Office. She also assists with domain name investigations and has experience with drafting and filing UDRP complaints with the National Arbitration Forum.
Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in paralegal studies from Winona State University, graduating summa cum laude in 1993. She is a member of the Minnesota Paralegal Association.
