Since 1998, Kristine Boylan has enforced and defended intellectual property rights worldwide at Patent and Trademark offices,  in courts, in mediations, and in ADR.  Today, Kristine is co-chair of Briggs’ IP Prosecution section and focuses her practice in the areas of trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, trade secrets, patents, licensing and intellectual property contracts.

Kristine has a practical, business-oriented approach. She completed a Mini-MBA program at the University of Saint Thomas Opus College of Business. In law school, she served as a legal policy intern at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
