Kirsten Pagel is an associate in the firm's Business Litigation section.
Kirsten received her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, summa cum laude, where she served as Issue Editor for the Mitchell Hamline Law Review and earned the CALI Award for Legal Research and Writing II. Kirsten also received the award for best brief and won the oral argument in the Rosalie Wahl Moot Court competition, and, in 2016, she represented Mitchell Hamline in the New York Bar Association's National Moot Court Competition. During law school, Kirsten worked as a Law Clerk at Land O'Lakes, Inc., and externed for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Minnesota. Kirsten earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Food Business Management from the University of Minnesota.
Kirsten was a 2016 summer associate at Briggs and joined the firm after a clerkship with Judge Matthew E. Johnson at the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
