Juliana Panetta is an associate in the firm's real estate section. Juliana’s practice primarily consists of:
- Commercial Real Estate Purchase and Sale Transactions
- Real Estate Due Diligence and Title Matters
- Real Estate Development
In addition to representing corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of real estate transactions, Juliana assists landlords in companion and service animal matters. Juliana has a strong interest and expertise in future trends, particularly as it relates to cities and the commercial real estate industry.
Prior to joining Briggs, Juliana was an in-house attorney and engagement specialist at Future iQ, Inc. where she led strategy development and future planning projects for cities, counties, and organizations. She also worked as associate corporate counsel at The Minneapolis Grain Exchange handling Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit documentation and commercial real estate leases for the corporation's three downtown Minneapolis buildings.
Juliana earned her law degree at the Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul. She received her bachelor of arts in international relations, summa cum laude, from Saint Cloud State University after transferring from the University of Sao Paulo (USP), Brazil.
