Prior to joining Briggs, Jing was a member of the global finance group at an AmLaw 100 Chicago-based law firm where she worked extensively in the areas of fund financings, warehouse programs, structured receivables finance transactions and asset-backed securities across a wide range of asset-types.
Before attending law school, Jing was vice president of research and projects development for an investment fund based in Hong Kong and a legal assistant at an international law firm where she focused on initial public offerings of mainland Chinese companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
