Greg Brenny is a member of the Financial Institutions and Real Estate Section at Briggs and Morgan. Greg practices primarily in the areas of:

He has significant retail leasing and development experience and also represents commercial banks and other lenders in real estate loan transactions.
Greg has directed, coordinated and completed complex multi-transaction commercial real estate projects. He has the experience to navigate projects from the initial purchase of property through the construction, leasing and sale of the project. Greg also has assembled multiple parcels of land for redevelopment and expansion.
