Julie Henson has over two decades of experience coaching high-performing individuals in law firms and professional sports arenas in business development and leadership strategies.
As Briggs’ director of client development and marketing, Julie brings a “clients first” approach to her work with individual attorneys, practice groups and firm leadership. She and her team focus on maximizing business development investments, internal and external communications and enhancing the client experience.
Julie initially joined Briggs as a business development strategist and executive coach, where she developed the Aspire Program, a one-on-one coaching curriculum that focused on eight core behavioral competencies.
Prior to joining Briggs, Julie led the planning and implementation of business development, marketing and communications strategies for several practice areas at an AmLaw 100 firm. She also provided personal business development coaching to more than 200 attorneys in offices across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Julie began her career as an agent at a sports marketing firm, where she represented professional athletes on the PGA Tour, LPGA Tour and in the NFL and NBA.
