Summary

Deborah is a paralegal and works with the firm’s employment, benefits and labor practice, primarily in the area of employment litigation.

Deborah is responsible for assisting attorneys in managing employment cases, including discovery and motion practice through trial and appeal. She assists by preparing and coordinating discovery, being responsible for document management, conducting witness interviews, analyzing data and preparing analyses utilized for settlement and/or trial. In addition, Deborah drafts position statements in response to charges of discrimination filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Minnesota Department of Human Rights on behalf of corporate clients. She conducts employee interviews and identifies and gathers supporting documentation for the response.

Deborah received a B.S. in paralegal studies from Winona State University, graduating cum laude in 1981. She is a longtime member of the Minnesota Paralegal Association.
