Claudia Casey is a paralegal in the firm of Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association. Working with the Finance & Restructuring section and the Public Finance group, she assists attorneys primarily in the areas of public and private facilities financing.
Claudia works closely with attorneys on taxable and tax-exempt obligations, assists with the preparation of documents related to general obligation bond transactions, tax increment documents, industrial and commercial development, and hospital bonds and notes. She works with fiscal consultants and coordinates several bond closings per year. In addition, she prepares necessary documentation and assists with coordinating closing and post-closing details.
Claudia received her B.S. from the University of Minnesota. She has worked in the public finance industry for 16 years.
