Summary

Amy is a paralegal and works with the firm’s products liability practice, primarily in the area of toxic tort litigation. She also works with the firm’s trusts and estates practice, including on fiduciary litigation matters.

With over 20 years of experience working in the areas of asbestos, toxic tort and personal injury litigation, Amy is responsible for assisting attorneys in all areas of litigation support, including case management of complex litigation; assisting attorneys in answering and preparing discovery and e-discovery; use of technology and document management; preparing for depositions and hearings; retention of expert witnesses; analyzing data and preparing analyses utilized for settlement discussions; and preparing for and assisting at trial. 

When working for attorneys serving as national counsel on behalf of their clients, Amy has extensive communication with law firms throughout the country.

Amy received a degree in paralegal studies from Chippewa Valley Technical College.
