Amanda Juelson is a member of the Estate Planning and Administration section. She practices primarily in the areas of:
• Estate planning
• Probate, estate and trust administration
• Elder law
She concentrates her practice in areas related to estate planning for individuals and families of all sizes and asset levels, including wills, medical assistance, disability and special needs planning, incapacity planning, trusts, charitable gifting, contested probates, family business succession planning, and guardianships and conservatorships.
Amanda is admitted to practice in the state courts of Minnesota and North Dakota, and is a member of the Minnesota and North Dakota state bar associations.
Prior to joining Briggs, Amanda was an associate at another law firm, where she concentrated her practice in the areas of estate planning and estate administration and also worked for a wealth management firm representing ultra high-net-worth clients. While in law school, she interned for the J.A.G. Area Defense Counsel, Air Force.
