Overview

Patrick Persons is a paralegal and Licensed Investigator for the Business Litigation Section.

Patrick’s career has focused on personal injury litigation with cases involving catastrophic injuries. His background includes work in products liability and medical negligence. Patrick works with clients and attorneys in all aspects of the civil litigation process. From early case assessment and development through discovery, motion practice to trial Patrick conducts and manages the collection and processing of electronically stored information and documents to meet discovery obligations and effectively present evidence. Patrick manages investigation through witness interviews, locating witnesses, and asset searches. Patrick also works closely with both lay and expert witnesses in preparation for testimony at deposition or trial. Patrick utilizes electronic evidence presentation software in jury trials. Patrick has extensive trial experience which includes state and federal jury trials in Minnesota as well as Wisconsin, Iowa, Texas and North Carolina.

Patrick received his B.A. from St. Cloud State University and  his paralegal certificate from Roosevelt University in Chicago.
