Audrey is an associate in the firm of Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association. She is a member of the Business Law Section and Intellectual Property Group. She practices principally in the areas of:
Audrey focuses her practice on intellectual property matters, with particular emphasis on patent and trademark prosecution. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Audrey is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA), the Minnesota Intellectual Property Law Association (MIPLA) and the American Chemical Society.
Audrey received her B.A. in chemistry, magna cum laude, from Hamline University. She received an M.S. in chemistry from the University of Illinois. Finally, she received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she participated in the Intellectual Property Moot court as student director and as a member of the competition team. She joined Briggs in 2008.
